We have little time to deal with very complex problems like the climate crisis and the transformative change that’s needed. To effectively deal with such complexity, we need "complexAble" management paradigms, structures and processes that go beyond the "planning and implementation" mode and beyond projects. For larger transformative questions like economic-, energy-, mobility-, agricultural transitions etc., we need a work mode that focusses on partnerships (not projects) in the first place, that work in integrated ways around shared transformative visions. These are first ideas of how to operationalise this.
